By registering as a blogger, submissions user, or agency, your registration with the Blog PR Wire (also known as the Mom Blog Wire and her Media Marketing and Design Ltd) you are agreeing to the following policies so please read them carefully.
These policies are subject to change. We will contact you via email to alert you to changes allowing you to return here to read them and determine if you will continue using our service in agreement with the new terms or unsubscribe from our service.
We will use your email address and details provided to us for the following purposes:
To manage the service. We use information you provide to help us provide you with optimal customer support and a premium service. We also collect and use the information to ensure no illegal activities are taking place, and to enforce our other terms of service and policies. To improve your experience with our service. For example we will use the categories you select to provide you with more targeted ad buy or PR offers.
We will also use technology to detect potential abuse of our service which could result in the deletion or suspension of a user.
To contact you. We will contact you with administrative emails and service related news from time to time. Our service is based on email communication and by subscribing or registering you are agreeing to receive; our bi weekly PR PITCH wire emails, press releases, and individual PR pitches. We are not yet categorizing these offers, so you my receive some offers that are not relevant to your blog during our start up.
As our service is an email wire, you cannot opt out of receiving emails without deleting your membership. In the future we will provide a means to better target the emails you receive. At this time, to stop receiving emails you will need to delete your account.
We don’t share your information with advertisers. Your email address will ONLY be used by Her Media marketing and Design Ltd staff and newswire service for the sole purpose of contacting you for administrative purposes, and distributing our PR pitch newsletter, press releases, and advertiser offers.
By registering you grant to Her Media Marketing & Design Ltd and its affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, use in promotional campaigns, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display your profile information, including but not limited to submissions to our website, written contents, photos, complaints, comments or testimonials throughout the world in any media with the EXCEPTION of; your email address or contact details. (This does not grant us rights to your blog content, only content you submit to our service.)

Transaction Information
We will retain the details of transactions or payments you make on BlogPRWire.com or MomBlogWire.com. All payments are made via PAYPAL so we do not retain your CC number. Please see PayPal’s privacy policy to learn how PayPal uses your information.

We keep track of the actions you make on our page. Such as visiting pages, making purchases, or submitting information for paid advertisements.
Submitting ads: We keep records of all ads submitted via our site forms or by email. These submissions are archived so that our support department can better assist you in the future and should and disputes arise.
