The Blog Pr Wire is now jointly run by two bloggers with two distinctive styles. Our new partner brings a huge amount of blogging insider info, tips, and knowledge which will be shared each week here on the Blog Tips posts. Welcome Michelle of Roofer on Fire (not a mommy blog  – I’d rate her blog 14A  / occasional profanity and controversial topics ).

One of the goals of the BlogPr Wire is to include bloggers from  different groups and topics and our different styles should make for a great resource ! What is the Blog PR and News Wire?

It’s easy to explain, yet confusing so we thought we should clarify.  Think of a Newswire….

‘a service transmitted esp. by teletypewriter and providing late-breaking news stories, stock-market results, or other up-to-the-minute information: We took the story off the newswires. ‘

We recognize that bloggers are a valuable news media and the purpose of our Blog News Wire is to provide bloggers and website publishers with access to news, advertising opportunities, and resources.

Our Mission is to provide bloggers with ‘Opportunities’ via our email PR & Newswire for bloggers.

So how do you get the wire?
By registering on our website you will receive three different types of wires;

• A Weekly Wire containing mini pitches sample
• Occasional Dedicated Pitches custom written by a PR rep or business sample
• Occasional Press Releases sample

The wire is distributed by email and your email address is never given out. You simply respond directly to the contact details in the wire if you feel it has value to you.

Once the wire gorws, we plan to provide opportunity to filter the wires you receive by categories.

You may have noticed the new name BlogPrWire.com. You may even be wondering ‘What’s going on here? Where is BlogPressReleases.com Beta ?’

The site has changed a bit as well. We have removed the blogger dashboard and I thought I should share a bit about why we made the changes and where the site is going.

We received some great feedback from our ‘Beta users’ and though we want to provide some great free tools for bloggers and it was determined that we just had ‘too much going on’.

So this site will focus on providing Bloggers with opportunities to receive ‘Pitches’.  Advertising Pitches, Marketing Pitches, PR pitches, Giveaway Pitches, and Networking Pitches.

In the future we will be launching a new service offering bloggers more ‘tools’ but in the mean time our BLOG TIPS blog will share tips on blogging (both technically and professionally).

To provide the BEST Blog PR Wire and Distribution,  we have to focus on just that. BlogPRWire’s mandate is to provide bloggers with the PR and News opportunities via our email based Blog Pr and newswire. Be sure to keep letting us know what works for you.

BlogPressReleases.com is growing beyond my ability to manage it on my own. So I am looking for a business partner.

You will need to be in Canada for tax purposes (sorry).

Preferably a blog /marketing geek (like myself) who might be so committed to the idea of Blog PR Pitch and Press release that they would be willing to stay up 24 hours straight on a coffee buzz while hiding in the bathroom (to avoid the chatter of their children).
